About me
I am a qualified Polish translator and interpreter based in the United Kingdom. I work mainly in legal and official translation, including sworn documents and Legal Aid cases, and I regularly interpret for courts, solicitors, and private clients. I take pride in helping people communicate clearly and confidently in situations where accuracy truly matters.
Alongside translation and interpreting, I offer one-to-one tutoring and mentoring for translators preparing for the DPSI (Law), DipTrans, and CertTrans exams. These sessions are practical, supportive, and focused on building real confidence with complex texts and terminology.
My approach is simple: clear communication, cultural understanding, and attention to detail, values that guide all my work at Klotski Translations Ltd.

Interpreting
I provide professional legal interpreting, in person and online, for court hearings, client meetings, mediations, and disciplinary proceedings.
I specialise in family, criminal, and immigration law, ensuring accurate and impartial interpretation in high-stakes environments.Remote sessions are available via Zoom or Teams, maintaining confidentiality and clarity throughout.
Translation
I offer certified English–Polish legal translations, including agreements, witness statements, court bundles, and expert reports.

I also provide proofreading and revision services to ensure clarity, accuracy, and natural flow.
Tuition and Mentoring
I offer individual tuition and mentoring for Polish translators and interpreters preparing for the DPSI Law, DipTrans and CertTrans exams. Sessions are adapted to your goals, focusing on real exam materials, terminology, and confidence with legal language. Tuition is available as blocks of ten sessions or as targeted pre-exam preparation with detailed feedback, depending on your needs.

Polish Citizenship by Descent
I offer sworn translation services and form support for Polish citizenship by descent applications. This includes certified translations of key United Kingdom documents – such as birth, marriage, and naturalisation certificates – required by Polish authorities. I also provide translation support when completing the official application form, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear communication. All translations bear the seal of a sworn translator and are accepted by Polish consulates.

Legal Aid
I provide Legal Aid translation and interpreting services for solicitors and legal firms working with Polish-speaking clients. My work fully complies with Legal Aid Agency (LAA) and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) standards for experts and interpreters.
With extensive experience in family and criminal law, I deliver accurate, confidential, and timely translations of legal documents, as well as court interpreting and client consultations. I work with law firms, barristers, and public bodies to ensure clear communication and compliance across all stages of a case.
All translations are carried out personally and certified where required, ensuring full acceptance by courts, the LAA, and other legal authorities.

Legal Aid – Cancellation Fee
In line with the Civil Finance Electronic Handbook, no cancellation fee applies if the expert is cancelled more than 72 hours before a hearing.
